Kailani Hawk was born in Hawaii in 1957. She has lived all over the world before finally making roots in Washington, DC in 1979. She loves this city and all that it has to offer.
She works in the PC Department at the prestigious law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. In 2001, she was given the opportunity to go back to school with financial-assistance from her employer. She graduated in June 2005 from Strayer University with a BS in Information Systems.
She began web design after taking a class at Strayer University. She became interested in photography after attending classes at the Smithsonian Institution. She does both as hobbies.
She is the proud mother of Mark McClary. Mark is one of the most incredible human beings she has ever met. He lives a life of honesty, spirituality, and courage. Mark spent the summer of 2003 in Ghana as a Youth Missionary. It was there that he met Alyssa Doyle. They were married on June 11, 2005! They both live in Concord, New Hampshire, where Mark is the Youth Pastor at the United Baptist Church of Concord.
She has many friends, especially Bill and Lois (you know who you are!), Edie, Sarah, Cathy, George and Richard, who give her joy, friendship and comfort. And her bio would not be complete without mentioning Victor. He is an important person in her life, one whom she will never forget.
